Pink Occasions Kinky Toys - Shipping & Returns Information

This section for information about the terms and conditions that govern your use of the site. You will also find information on orders and returns, your privacy and your security. If you have any questions, please contact us & we will be happy to help.

* All completed orders are sent out within 3 working days using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (UK ) or International Recorded Mail (Outside UK) Packages need to signed for.

* If something is out of stock we will contact you to let you know the situation, and if appropriate, offer a close alternative

* If you are not totally happy with your order, just return it sealed in its original packaging (thereby obviously un-used & in the same condition you received it in) within 14 days for an alternative or a refund. Due to hygenic reasons, we cannot refund or exchange you if there is evidence that the seal has been opened on your toy that has been sent to you.

* Every battery-operated vibrator is checked to be functioning correctly before dispatch and is guaranteed for 30 days from when you receive it. We will repair or replace any defective vibrator during this 30 day warranty period.

* We want you to be happy with your toys. We are always happy to give help and advice. Whether by phone, email or post, we are here to help and pride ourselves with our personal service to you.

* All prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time, but we will contact you regarding any price change to give you the option of amending and processing your order or canceling it.

* Your credit card statement will only show a discreet purchase.

* Your items will be sent in secure and undistinguishable packages with only a return address sticker (but not our name!) on the reverse.

* We cannot refund your posting costs if you return something to us for exchange or refund. For your own protection we recommend items are returned by recorded mail.

* If you fail to pick up your package from the Sorting Office within the 3 week holding period and your package is returned to us, we cannot resend it without charging a P&P charge if it needs to be sent out for a second time.

* Whilst we send your package by the speediest, most highly insured and easily traceable carrier available, we cannot be held responsible for any failure in their service.

* If the country you order from has tight custom laws, we cannot accept liability for any difficulty this might cause.

Returning a product

If you need to return an item purchased online, contact us at david.snitter@ntlworld.com or call us on 07921 390 407. You will need to have your original credit card details handy for this call and we will need to talk to the person who bought the item (so if you e-mail us then please leave a phone number).

If we need to call you, our priority will be to use your mobile number. We’ll always be discreet and if we leave a message, it will only be to call us back.

We will give you a return authorisation number, which you need to include with the items being returned along with the name of the person that placed the initial order, their telephone number and the original order number. Please return (in the original packaging if possible) to Pink Occasions. A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you.

Cancellations and exchanges

If you realised you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us. Since we post out items quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for 'Returning a Product' in those instances. Exchanges work in the same way. It will be faster to re-order a product rather than send it back for an exchange, so please follow the above instructions while you order the product you would like instead. We realise this means two transactions on your credit card but feel it is faster for you to get the product you would like.

Defective and damaged items

If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.

Contract for sale
The advertising of products on this site is an invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Pink Occasions, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Pink Occasions on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any member of the team of Pink Occasions will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.

Receipt of order

Pink Occasions must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked, we will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.

We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.

Pink Occasions reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

Safety and Security

We accept Credit and Debit Cards online, over the phone and we also accept UK cheque's or postal orders.

To securely receive your payments over the Internet we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the standard Internet practice and means your details are protected. You can see that you are in a secure environment through the 'padlock' symbol on Microsoft Internet Explorer or 'key' symbol on Netscape Navigator. SSL works with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0 and later/ Netscape Browser versions 2.0 and later. Please don't try to send orders via email, as we cannot guarantee any secure transmission of details. If you're still worried about security over the Internet, then please contact us by phone.

Privacy

Your details and data
Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, so we don't use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfil your orders or offer you services such as new alerts or reminder services.

Pink Occasions does not combine your individual information with any kind of site analysis, but we do look at the overall browsing behaviour of our customers to improve the way the site navigates. We also do not track your behaviour on any other sites or follow you once you've left us.

Any personal data gathered by us in your use of this site will be recorded electronically and only used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Gathered and stored by Pink Occasions. We do NOT sell anyone's personal data and it is kept private. We will not pass your details on to any other relevant third parties that we think you may be interested in if you have requested us not to do this.


Disclaimer

Pink Occasions work to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information.

If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.

Cool off period

Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 10 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund. However, our Complete Satisfaction Promise extends your ability to return an unsatisfactory online purchase for up to 14 days.

This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between Pink Occasions and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of products by Pink Occasions would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the site from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for Pink Occasions to sell products.

All materials, including images, illustrations, designs layout, photographs, written and other text or script that are part of this site are protected by copyright. The site as a whole is protected by copyright which are owned by Pink Occasions.
