What we do
We supply for hire genuine Bedouin tents, and/or Arabian linings for marquees
and other interiors, along with authentic floor coverings, lighting and
furniture for all sorts of occasions. From weddings and birthday parties,
to exhibitions, festivals and TV/film sets we can create a truly wonderful
'Arabian Nights' setting for an event full of Eastern Promise.
Our Bedouin environments are furnished in traditional Arabian style with thick rugs. Ottomans and cushions line the walls along with low tables in shining brass, and they are lit by copper and brass lanterns controlled by dimmers. Using incense burners with authentic Arabian incense to scent the tents and decorative Hookah pipes we create a genuine Middle Eastern atmosphere.
The
Tents
The tents are double-layered and thoroughly weatherproof. For summer parties
all or any of the tent walls can be opened or removed. Heating can be supplied
if required.
Interior Spaces and Marquee Linings
Interior spaces of any size can be Arabianised using our linings all the
year round. Clearspan marquees, barns, village halls, garages, warehouses
and nightclubs have all been transformed by us since Oasis was launched
in 1998.
Event Production

dance floors, performers, catering and heating… you name it, we can

Please note that our tents are secured by guy-ropes and 15" groundpegs. They cannot be erected flush with one another or on a paved/hard surface.
Interiors
Our pricing will depend on the size and shape of the marquee or other structure,
and on the extent to which Oasis is to provide Arabian carpets, lighting
and furniture. We will be pleased to provide a quotation once we know exactly
what you have in mind and how much equipment will be needed.
Please note that in this context Arab-style soft furnishing comprises:
Low-level Ottoman seating on all closed side walls along with floor cushions
and beanbags of various sizes and colours, scatter cushions, and low tables
in polished brass and/or inlaid hardwood.
Or
Low level Ottoman seating around 8' x 3' low Arab-style banqueting tables
seating 10-12 diners

A combination of these if required
To secure a firm booking we require a deposit of 25% of the quoted price.
All prices are subject to a small charge for delivery, installation and collection, and VAT at 17.5%.

Large Hookah Pipes (decoration only!) £15 each
Tables and chairs for conventional dining, dance floors, performers, catering and indirect heating can be arranged, quotations on request.
We can also arrange plants and flowers for you - please let us know your requirements.
